    runlong: Enjoyed a dinner tonight with a friend who has given lots of advice on ultras the last few years. She’s a great runner too… Fresh off of her 1st place female finish at the Heartland 100 this past weekend. Congrats, Jenn! This gal is ultra cool. She finished Heartland 100 in 19:35 this past weekend! *swoon* It was all I could do not to bombard her with a long list of ultra questions. Over Mexican and margaritas, she endured my shortened interrogation.
